Your contracted 911 ambulance service provider for Greater Carroll County since 1998.
In June of 1998 we opened our "Station 3" in scenic Carroll County.
Our present station is located on a 17 1/2 acre facility located at 1423 Canton Road, in a historic bank barn built in 1867. This station houses part of our administrative offices, and a training center for CPR/First Aid, a mini ambulance museum, and our 24 hour medic crews.
When we decided it was time to relocate, we found that it was a much better thing, to re-vitalize and restore a beautiful and historic barn, than to simply build a new building. This barn was restored for LESS than the cost of a new facility, because much of the work was done by by our own people. We are proud to call it home!
This very large 3 story location can house 9 ambulances and up to 20 crew members.
This station is also equipped to handle emergency dispatch and administrative operations in the event our Central Dispatch Center or administrative offices are ever disabled for any reason.
New Salem Station 383 North Lincoln Avenue
Third quarter 2006 we opened in the City of Salem. EMT purchased the former Clemente Ambulance service building on South Lincoln Avenue. and began to serve the City of Salem's 911 system.
We soon expanded our services to the many fine medical facilities in the area, and increased our staffing and units to accomodate their needs, while not compromising our 911 responsibilities to the citizens. We operate WITHOUT any tax support of any type! We are supported in part by our "members" thru our Life Link ambulance membership program, which has been a huge success in Salem, where we have one of the largest membership bases in our service.
In May 2008 we purchased the former "Gold Cross-Metro" building on North Lincoln Avenue, which is much larger, and better suited to our needs!

Our Massillon Station is our first station and was opened as an ambulance "house" in early 1996. This building has been in the Joseph family since it was built in the early 1900's by Jacob Joseph as headquarters for his dairy business. This site was the original site of Farm fresh Dairy from its inception. A home was moved from this site, to a then vacant lot 2 doors down to accommodate an expansion in the 1940's. This house still stands at 1104 Main Avenue West, Massillon.
The rear buildings were used to house the horses and wagons used to deliver milk to the citizens of Massillon. Milk trucks moved onto the scene and were housed in the stalls after they replaced the horses and wagons.
Farm fresh dairy operated from this location until sold to a larger "regional" dairy chain still in the area. Many of our "long time" Massillon residents can recall stopping in for the home made ice cream and great sandwiches served by our parents, grandparents and great grandparents.
Our Massillon station is located on nearly 1/2 acre fully fenced complex on the west side of Massillon and staffed around the clock with Paramedics and EMT's. This complex has 3 separate buildings and will house up to 9 ambulances and crews, along with several additional support vehicles.
We respond to calls received directly by our dispatch center, and respond with a Rescue unit from the Fire Department on 911 calls received in the City. Providing Emergency Medical Services to the City of Massillon was a longtime dream of mine, Ken Joseph, Owner and Chief Paramedic of EMT Ambulance.
Our station located in Alliance, Ohio boasts a large complex which has 2 separate buildings and will house up to 5 ambulances and crews, along with several additional support vehicles located on the premises.
